WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE MOST EFFECTIVE ACNE TREATMENT?

Late 20’s and STILL battling acne what is the MOST effective treatment for acne. Whether it be costly or a little invasive. Currently do: monthly visits to esthetician with microdermabrasion, extractions, glycolic etc. Follow a structured home care cleansing routine & eat fairly healthy with drinking lots of water. WHAT can I do?!? I’m so tired of acne, almost 27 Yrs old!!
