My chin is full of acne scars…….ewww

and on my cheeck theres like a cluster of zits like 6!!!!

I am an African American female in my mid 40's and i still suffer from acne.I have combination skin with the T Zone very oily,I also have acne scars on both cheeks as whehever there is an outbreak it's all over my face. Prescribed medications only help temporarily, as if they are to be effective I would have to use these medications for life. HELP..

I've been reading and looking into natural cures and it occured to me that I've been taking acne medication for a year and sometimes I get headaches, and the acne is not clearing up that well. Okay, I'll admit, I don't take it as faithfully as I should, but now I'm starting to question whether or not I should be putting that medication into my body. So if anyone knows any organic, or natural ointment, or lotion, or scrub, or some sort of herbs, or topical solution. Please let me know. I'd really appreciate it. Thank You.
