I already know about the topical methods…

I have been battling acne for a while now, and i have tried every type of medication available for it…since none of that is working, maybe there's something that I can do to prevent it or do something differently in my lifestyle to get rid of it…please help!!!

my acne isent realy bad but id rather nto have it on my face ya know. i just wanna know if anyone knows simple things i can get to help my face with out useing a bunch of chemicals. BESIDES PROACTIVE OR CLEAN N CLEAR cause i know neather of them work i used proactive for more then a year and it made it worser then it was clean and clear just dryed my skin and did nothing for my acne

I am 23 and have an acne problem. According to my dermatologist, my hormones are yet to stabilise. After 2 treatments, I noticed that the pimples come back right as I near the end of treatment. I am seriously considering a natural and permanent cure this time - am open to suggestions. Thx guys!!
