		<description>There are natural remedies for menopause, hot flashes...you can go to a natural foods/health foods store &amp; ask there.  But although dizziness is a side effect of menopause its probably not as bad as you seem to indicate.  It sounds as though your mom may have Meniere&#39;s disease (vertigo) which has to do with vestibular inner ear trouble.  My mom has it &amp; it makes her very sick when the attack comes on.  I&#39;d suggest your mom go to her doctor &amp; get checked out.  She can always tell her doctor that she&#39;d prefer not to go on HRT &amp; ask for other suggestions if that&#39;s what they come up with.  If the doctor won&#39;t listen to her, then I&#39;d say its time to find a new doctor.</description>
