		<description>When i get acne flare ups, it&#39;s lets me know that I have an internal problem. I usually do a colon cleanse and liver flush to rid the toxins in my body. I don&#39;t use too many products for my face though. So basically if your insides are free of toxins your face will show it... vice versa

Natural Black soap does wonders for my skin followed by Shea butter.
