baking soda works and rather quickly it only took about 3 days for my acne and then it was gone, but i havent tried any of the other ones.
this isnt a natural substance but dish soap also works great. it gets the oil out of the pores. just in case you want to try it.
I’ve tried all of those and none of them really worked. Avocado works OK, but its pretty expensive if you don’t live in an area where it’s grown. Mango works well to exfoliate your face, but you run into the same problem as with avocado. (Ok, oatmeal works to exfoliate your face but its a pain to grind it up!)
I’ve heard raw egg yolks work well because they contain a lot of an active ingredient thats found in commercial acne medications. They worked well for a friend but I’ve never tried them.
Recently, I got rid of ALL of my acne by avoiding meat. I know it sounds extreme, but you could try getting hormone free meat if you don’t want to give it up. (Look it up, meat has a TON of hormones in it) It took about 2-3 weeks. Also, either avoid dairy or get hormone free milk/cheese. Seriously, my face has been COMPLETELY clean for a few months, and it was the best trade off ever!!!
dont use coconut oil! here are some surefire tips: topical applications are not enough. go to a dermtalogists for some anti-biotics. if those dont work the doc might give u accutane or contracptive pills.
this works for me- every night i wash my face and liberally dust a prickly heat powder on my face. it kills bacteria and absorbs excess oil.
u could be milk intolerant. try avoiding it and c. sugar is another culprit.
also never allow yourself to constipate. take castor oil if you cant go. because even one day of not ‘going ‘ causes eruptions.
but do go to a dermatologists. newer and better medicatons keep coming into the market that work on the most persistant acne!
