Here is a list (cheapest to most expensive) you can try. Hope this helps. 1.) Patience patience, patience. Do not touch or pick at pimples, treatment of the patient, it takes time to produce results, in some cases, some improvement is better nothing. 2.) Warm water with mild unscented soap. Eucerin has some good products that are fragrance free and soap free. To my friend, unscented Dove worked so well. 3.) Compresion hot towel. Aa compressing hot towel for use at bedtime. 4) Find a physician (not need a dermatologist) who is equally you sick and ready to try the treatment, less expensive solution. My friend has waived his dermatologist and 5 minutes of consultations. He found a certificate medical assistant who has guided with treatment options and really listen. 5.) Antibiotics systematic, espcially cyclin are cheap and readily available for ordering physicians. Most come in generic form. They are usually taken 3 times daily for 10-14 days. This including tetracycline, erythromycin, minocycline, doxycycline. 6.) Another option is the injection of steroids to reduce inflammation … rupture of pustules and office. 7.)
