I am 53 and am finally I believe in menopause. I am not feeling to bad except for a few headaches and exhaustion but mostly the hot flashes. Living here in Texas with the 100 degree heat sure didnt help (looking forward to winter), anyway I do not want to go on any drugs and prefer to do it naturally. Can anyone recommend any vitamins, teas, foods anything that will help my hot flashes. Thanks in advance.

I'm 23 and I've had mild acne since highschool. Here's what I do now:
-wash my face w/ a mary kay bar soap a.m. & p.m.
-use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, then an oil-free lotion
-I eat healthy for the most part
-change my pillow case every 2 days
-I hardly wear make up.. and when I do I use Bare Escentuals Mineral MakeUp
I've tried Proactiv twice and it worked at first.. but it wasn't for me. I don't want to try anything harsh.. like drugs from a dermatologist.. Has anyone tried anything that is natural & safe that has worked?! I've been researching Acnezine and other detoxing products. Anyone tried those?! I'm in desperate need. Anyone who suffers from acne knows how hard it is. Please help!
If there's a dermatologist out there that could tell me how the detoxing natural remedies work that would be Awesome!

I am not looking for medications or accutane and pro activ. I am talking about herbs or creams you can find at a foreign store. Something that comes from mother nature. No drugs at all. I have delt with acne since I was 12 and I am 20 and it has ruin my image as a person. I have real bad self esteem problems right now. Thanks for the responses, josh
