I was made last January in what has eliminated one of my ovaries and now, 35 years, I am in early menopause. The puffs heat are making me absolutely crazy, but I do not have to take another pill because I take many medications and my drug was cut short when my husband was fired. Basically I am looking for a cheap, over-the-counter or herbal remedy, at least to take the edge of hot flashes. Suggestions?
Hello, I have researched this to my mother and found a supplement called Solutions menopause that really seems to help. It contains all the ingredients of traditional plant-based plants like black cohosh / Trastree Berry / Wild Yam / Valerian Root / Dong Quai and licorice root, but also contains vitamin B-12 and some calcium citrate, but the ingredient which makes it truly unique is 8 mg of IGF. (Insulin like growth factors) balances hormone levels approach the adrenal glands, which control hormones. Available in grocery stores more natural and its website is www.menopausesolutions.net is a sub lingual and my mom said she started feel almost immediately. She loves it. Some additional benefits are added IGF energy and increased resistance to Libido / gain muscle mass and fat loss. It also helps to increase bone density and prevent osteoporosis.

No woman had a uterus enlarged due to menopause? src = "http://www.nativeremedies.com/images/banners/mellowpause_NR468×60.gif" border = 0>
My mother was "sick" for about a year. Finally went to see a doctor and had multiple tests run as a slurry. It was during the pap he learned of her uterus was the same size as that of a mother who waits over 20 weeks! Of course, a pregnancy test was performed - negative (56 were very relieved). I had an ultrasound and the results showed nothing. Pollups was removed and tested, but nothing reveals why it was so bad. Its symptoms are fever every night and it is very painful. His doctor said enlarged uterus was more likely caused by menopause. Has anyone else heard or experienced this? If yes, what treatment or other measures Help? I get a second opinion just Incase. Any information you have about your situation would be greatly appreciated.
I am 37 and have started hot flashes ect .. absolutely miserable! There are about 3 years, I was told she had a uterus too large, but Fear kept me away from the office of Dr. .. I know it's a bad thing to do. I use a lot of homeopathic remedies and herbal for other things that have actually worked in some of the drugs has not yet prescribed. I was wondering if I tan under the natural sun, none of the tanning beds remedies help to restore my skin? A year ago I went to Miami and I saw tremendous results, but I am not sure if it was due to that or just my hormones. Please and thanks answer my question!
After not sleeping more than 4 hours per night for the past 3 months,
and not having a period since late January, I decided to see my doctor
to rule out any medical reasons. She ordered a blood test to see if
my hormones were messed up due to menopause. (I'm 47 years old.)
The results were that I am in menopause. The only symptoms I'm
having are that I can NOT sleep through the night! No problems with
night sweats or hot flashes, but I sleep for about 3-4 hours, then I'm
wide awake for the rest of the night. I'm not crazy about going on
hormones due to cost, side effects, etc., and I've taken over-the -counter sleep aids and melatonin, which haven't helped. Any other
ideas for natural, non-hormonal sleep aids that have worked for you?
I am also taking yoga classes 3 or 4 times a week, playing tennis at least once a week. I never drink coffee, and
I only drink iced tea or soft drinks about
3 times per week. I drink lots of water,
and I eat very very little red meat, when
I eat meat, (not every day) it is usually
chicken or fish. I love fresh fruits and veggies. I put lavender essential oil
on a cotton ball in my pillowcase at night.
I have a sleep-number bed, so my mattress is not the issue. Thanks for all
the suggestions!

I am 48 and have not gone through menopause but am losing my sex drive more all the time. Are there any natural remedies for this? I don't want to start taking hormones if possible!! I am happily married but my husband is starting to wonder if I'm "messing around" elsewhere. No way!!
I am 23 and have an acne problem. According to my dermatologist, my hormones are yet to stabilise. After 2 treatments, I noticed that the pimples come back right as I near the end of treatment. I am seriously considering a natural and permanent cure this time - am open to suggestions. Thx guys!!
