I’m experiencing either an underactive thyroid or perimenopause or maybe even both. I’m 33 and don’t know if to visit my regular doctor or my gynocologist? My symptoms are: fatigue, cold hands & feet, bit of depression, muscle spasms, hair loss, drowsiness, dizziness, heart palpitations, decreased libido and lubrication, major junk food craving, extremely light periods, very bloated and acne along jawline and under chin plus the area where the thyroid is is swollen and can feel a lump there. When I drink coffee I have major hot flashes for 10 minutes to an hour where before I didn’t. So wich doc should I visit? I feel more comfy with my gyno cause she’s a woman….

I am in perimenopause and lately I am constantly breaking out all over my face. I have not done anything differently. Has anyone else had this happen to them and if so, what did you use that helped?

So wich doc should I visit? I feel more comfy with my gyno cause she’s a woman….
Mary you are obviously advertising for this company and I’m furious that even though I have more than just one symptom that something IS wrong with me you think a lube gel is going to take away everything else I have? I HAD an awesome sex life until about 3 weeks ago so NO…I don’t need your gel! You make me sick. Go advertise somewhere else!

I have been in perimenopause for about a year and I have acne! I am 31! The pimples are the kind that stay under the skin and don't come out for weeks and weeks. It is awful and embarrassing. I can't take hormones. Does anyone have anysuggestions? home remedies or products? Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide do not do a thing.
Toothpaste doesn't work either. thanks!
