I am 53 and am finally I believe in menopause. I am not feeling to bad except for a few headaches and exhaustion but mostly the hot flashes. Living here in Texas with the 100 degree heat sure didnt help (looking forward to winter), anyway I do not want to go on any drugs and prefer to do it naturally. Can anyone recommend any vitamins, teas, foods anything that will help my hot flashes. Thanks in advance.

What vitamins are good for skin prone to acne? src = "http://www.nativeremedies.com/images/banners/mellowpause_NR468×60.gif" border = 0>

What daily vitamin I recommend you take if the skin prone to acne? I want to reduce acne, and I also have dry skin at times. So I think what I am saying is that I find a vitamin that can help reduce acne, and are good for all skin to be healthy and everything. Thank you.

Zinc is tested to treat acne, so you should take a few days. It may be vitamin pills or food. Other vitamins are good for health and skin, but zinc is good for their properties. If you currently shoots and grains of all, you can use zinc supplements to relieve what is happening. Zinc can help cure their defects, reduce inflammation, and reduce the effect of androgen hormones in the skin. Therefore, if you want your pimples to heal faster, taking some supplements Zinc may be a good idea.

I was supposed to be taking Yasmin BC, but decided against it when I got the script filled. Since then (Jan09), I have had terrible mood swings, acne, thoughts of death and dying, and stress/anxiety. I also have a 2 1/2 yo and 4 month old. So, this past week, I was diagnosed with having panic attacks and stress/anxiety disorder, as well as having had PPD after my baby. And after ALL that, I still haven't gotten my period. Now I have been taking menopause supplements for my acne and mood swings (its a herbal hormone balancer from GNC). I don't know if the supps with stress are prohibiting my period, but now I'm very GLAD I didn't take the BCP because it may have whacked out my body even further. I do not take the supplements regularly - I take them every other day. Could it be the stress? I have had sex with my fiance, but he says he hasn't "slipped up" so he has no reason to think I am. Also, I didn't preg with either of my kids until I tried BCP and then had to stop for one reason or another. THAT'S when I got preggo, when I stopped the BCP. Please help - I really don't want to go to my dr without some reason why I am still waiting for my period. I think it is the stress, but who knows.

LMP - 2/14 (They were coming every 26 days since Dec 08, but I have never been regular in my life before my last son, so I'm going to chuck it to that…)
Panic Attacks / Anxiety Disorder - Left Chest stabbing pains; heart pounding, sweating sometimes; trouble catching breath; lasts about 45-60 seconds I think. Started with 1st son's preg in Jan06.

Please help with anything you possibly can - Thanks…
I also got an x-ray yesterday, but if I am pregnant, I won't be continuing the pregnancy.
