Whats the most effective over the counter treatment, for Menopause?
Ive had the menopause for 7 years now, and ive had HRT from my Doctor, which didn’t help. Ive tried natural remedies, but they didn’t work either. My worst symptoms are, hot flushes, mood swings, and the worst being my skin. Im only 53, but my face looks like a 60 yr olds, I have wrinkly dry skin and terrible acne, and my hands are shrivelled. There must be someone who has had success with some over the counter treatment.
Ive heard theres a pill called FX menopause or nutrafx, has anyone tried this and did it help with skin problems.

Hi dear!
I have heard about these tablets they are not at all good. Every woman at age of forties and fifties suffer from menopause. My mom is also suffering from it. I have seen her using Menoquil. And she is quite happy with the results! I hope it may help you as well! Good Luck.
I got a great tip on a review site mentioning ejacutrol.
It is called Menohelp and it worked for me!
Here is the adress where i ordered it online, hope it helps.
Are you sure you have tried all the natural remedies? black cohosh, red clover, niacin supplements?
i`ve left a link in resource box of a site that explains all about these 3 natural supplements.
good luck with everything.
Although menopause is indeed a natural process does not necessarily mean experiencing the symptoms are pleasant! Your concern with dry skin as a symptom of menopause is very real. Our skin cells do not replenish as quickly as when we were young that’s a given fact. It is important to treat these problems wisely. Good nutrition is an important factor, as well as keeping yourself hydrated and out of the sun as much as possible. Mood swings and hot flashes are no picnic either! Supplements can be helpful but choosing the right product wisely makes all the difference in the world!
We are a group of women (scientists, herbalists, Naturopaths, with a combined 30 years experience in the herbal industry). We discovered there are often quality issues with many current supplements in the market place. So we built our own product called VIVACA™ to deal with our own menopausal symptoms! And it works!!! The most important thing to remember supplements are not an overnight cure! It takes up to 12 weeks for your body to start feeling the difference! VIVACA™ is a NON hormonal treatment. It supports your adrenals which helps you through the transition of menopause.
Good luck to you! You can learn more at http://www.vivaca.net
First off, menopause isn’t a disease. You are supposed to go through it.
If you didn’t like HRT, you aren’t going to like ‘the natural stuff" because it is the unrefined versions of what you were taking - and they aren’t safer.
If you are dead set on trying something, google estrotone by new chapter.
I worked in a health food store for years - most people liked it, but you have to take it for at least 2 months.
But no RX or OTC compound is going to help with aging in that regard.
There is none. Menopause is a 100% NATURAL phenomenon. You should embrace nature!!!
You need to change your complete diet. Eat healthy organic foods, and cut junk food out of your diet completely.
